This feels unfortunately rushed... If we're removing the attempt rape and sexual harassment then we'll have characters with complex personality and insecurities.

Do I hate Shizuru? YES. ughh he was so toxic, but I get where he's coming from. Each of us deals with insecurities, complex, and trauma differently. That was his way of dealing with it albeit unhealthily. (Ofc, minus the sexual harassment and attempt rape).

It could've been much better. And we're also getting gay and bi and not the I'm gay just for you. And I couldn't believe when Shizuru said to help "ppl like us" like that's such a community spirit TT

Anyway dad's not a disappointment. I'm glad.

Story about father being a police who saved a hotheaded gay young boy. The kid wanted to be a police but failed and turned into a toxic person.

Junichi was drowning his sorrows in a bar after a bad breakup when he happened to run into his childhood friend, Shizuru, seemingly getting forcefully propositioned. Junichi was once a delinquent after being ostracized for his sexuality in his hometown, and Shizuru and his policeman father had saved him, so Junichi wants to pay them back. But after dragging Shizuru home with him, he finds out that the innocent kid he once knew has changed and now has fun with whoever will have him. After some twists and turns that result in them living together, it finally comes out that Shizuru felt abandoned by Junichi, who left before he could become attracted to the still very young Shizuru. But with everything out in the open, where do they go from here, and how will they face the policeman father who saved Junichi and who Shizuru now resents? I know there's a lot in there, but that's because it's a good story! It has a lot of details and interesting characters with believable inner selves that make it really a great read. Trigger warnings: homophobia, bullying, false accusation.

Shizuru and Yunichi are childhood friends with an age gap. Yunichi was bullied by everyone for being gay and Shizuru's family give him a safe place to be. But little Shizuru has developed feeling for Yunichi since then. Now, as adults, they meet again.

The top makes me uncomfortable...

Dumped by his older boyfriend, Junichi finds himself drowning his sorrows at a gay bar. Just as he dismissed the idea of a one-night stand, he is reunited with an old friend, Shizuru, who he used to think of like a little brother. In his drunken state, Shizuru needed to be taken to a hotel, leaving Junichi no time to wonder why they were reunited in a gay bar... The moment they were alone, Shizuru pins Junichi down on the bed and suddenly forces his legs apart…!

5!!! Very cute we love the deep back story and that they both liked each other even if it seems rushed in some parts I do really like them together
