Fuck this was sooo GREAT!!!!!! Definitely joining my favorite list.... Emba is sooo fucking hoot!!!!!!!!

Yuuen of the Forest Clan is told to dress himself as a woman and seduce Emba, the mighty hunter of the Lakeside Clan, in order to gather food. Emba is such a man, however, that Yuuen is completely smitten.

This art is out of this world, as in AMAZING! The story is so sweet... Such a pity this mangaka stopped drawing...

ו✿•× Such a beautiful story! This is the first tribal story I ever read and it was set in prehistory: so cool! I totally loved it!
● Ch 1-3 Wild Rock - In order to secure a successful hunt, the chief of the Forest clan asks his son, Yuuen, to pretend to be a woman and persuade the great hunter Emba, the son of the rival Lakeside clan's chief...
➸ Nice! I love this kind of premise! I really liked Emba: such a strong, hot man but with a kind heart! He was really caring and cherished the uke so much. Certainly, he'd protect him even at the cost of his life! And that vow was so romantic...so sweet!
● Ch 4 Innocent Lies - Story of Yuni and Selem (the fathers of Yuuen and Emba) when they were young. It's kinda sad, because they couldn't be together, so they spent many years apart, but after all, reunion will come! - "I don't believe this will be an infinite farewell, so..."
Going back at ch 3 p. 32, Selem still has the necklace that Yuni gave to him back then! True love lasts forever~♡
● Ch 5-6 Child Rock - Funny and cute extras. Everyone live happily together ｡^‿^｡

Kazusa Takashima [Wild Rock 2002] sued Kayono [Butterfly Night 2003] as a plagiarist -http://www.mangago.me/home/photo/1248455/ . Unfortunately, Kayono's mother is very influential in manga business, all publishers for some reason had to refuse Takashima's work since then. Plagiarized her work & still made her loss mangaka-career is the worst, the most cruel thing. ARRK.. How sad & unfair! ﾚ(◣益◢#)ﾍ

It was a good story. It was just too short. I would have liked more drama or development between them.

We need more Tribal type Yaoi Manga, because I really loved this!

The story with nava is really cute i hope he get sibling lol

It is about two direct heir of the two chief clan. One of two son is really bad at hunting and his father told him to seduce emba, the other son from the other chief's clan. Emba knows he is a man from the start. In the end they are married and the two clan have a healthy relationship then. I love how they really care about each other in the family, like eventho the son is bad at hunting, the father and big brother didnt degrade him and actually give him encourage

It's really sad how both the fathers of Yuuen and Emba didn't get together :c but if they got together there wouldn't be a Yuuen and Emba so-

The first story is about a boy, Yuuen, who is asked by his tribal chief father to seduce Emba (a great hunter and the next chief of the rival Lakeside clan) by pretending to be a female so that they can get more food. The other stories are in the same setting, but with different characters (including the fathers of both characters from the main story when they were young).

Takashima's debut is possibly singlehandedly responsible for pioneering the caveman or "tribal" romance as a notable yaoi subgenre - where Japanese writers get to indulge Arcadian fantasies of loincloths and fig leaves and virile men in tasteful mesolithic nudity, and heady fever dreams of primal urges and mating rites. About as historically accurate as Conan the Barbarian, and just as entertaining.

I cried at their parents story. Right person, wrong situation.

this was so good! and the 4th chapter??? A MASTERPIECE!

This story didn't make me cry, but it was so WHOLESOME. The stories flowed so smoothly and beautifully. I really wish the first couple could adopt, but I'm sure they're happy just the way they are . 5 stars.
