Holly shiiiibbb Tenju my glorious, wide-nosed, green flag, wholesome kiiiinnggg!!! Loved the art- the hair texture and eyelashes looked soo good! I love me some ringed pupils and distinct facial features. The one scene with kiyo hugging tenju on the chair was so nicely rendered. I really love the story and the characters personalities. They have good chemistry. Just wished it was a little longer and that we could see them bond more.

an upstanding doctor struggling with his surgery trauma meets a yakuza with a broken past. i truly enjoyed reading this manga — these two individuals with traumatic experiences had different viewpoints in life, and yet these differing viewpoints became each other's salvation. tenju thought kiyotaka was too bright for his dark life, but instead that light became his salvation and tenju's darkness became what stabilises kiyotaka. i adore how both of them didn't laugh or mocked the other's story and instead sought to offer comfort and reprieve. they healed each other, loved each other, and they weren't afraid to show it. and that's exactly what i loved about them. they weren't afraid to tell the other how they felt and what they wanted. such a lovely love story between tenju and kiyotaka, and of course, absolutely delicious sex scenes
