Does anyone know of a manga/Manhwa where the ml attracts a lot of attention which causes others to tell the fl if she is not insecure that he will cheat. The fl on the other hand is confident that the ml is hers and is not jealous at all. The ml also happens to not care about others and is a major simp for the fl.

"The Evil Lady's Hero" is a historical reincarnation manhwa that has some aspects of what you're trying to find. The ML isn't particularly popular but is a major simp for the FL. It's one of those manhwa's where the FL believes that she should get the ML and the original FL together but eventually gives up fairly quickly. The original FL is not a bitch and also craves for our FL's attention.
