actually really enjoyed!!! by 70 i thought it’d b a rushed ending but everything worked out in a timely manner??
do understand the desire to see rolicia stick it to her stepmom and sister and coline and everyone who constantly treats her terribly but i think she handled everything in a very cinderella way (kill them w kindness and love ur best life away from them) - the stepmom did deserve more of a comeuppance but her punishment is to live w the man she loves who couldn’t give less of a damn about her, the counts punishment is to lie in the bed he made, sisters punishment is being eternally dumb ig, and colin’s straight up died thank god i can’t lie
didn’t expect the empress’s backstory but it was interesting and def made sense for who she is and the way she treated her children (a miracle she never had the marquess kids)
LOVED lockhart and rolicia!!! he truly wanted to let her shine and do her own thigg n and always supported her thru it all and she grew to let others in and pour into herself what she gave to others
