Season 1 was amazing!! But what the actual f happened in Season 2??
This would have been one of my favourite Bls if the ending wasn’t like that
First season of this was so perfect, a 10/10, I could feel the tension between two men who just realised they can like other men through the screen, the characters were both hansome, the slow burn was perfectly executed in few chapters somehow, there was an open and accepting friend, there was ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BISEXUALITY, sex was super hot, Ilhoon was vocal during sex, and they just gradually fell in love with each other, organically, naturally.
And then season 2 was... fucking ABYSMAL?!?! Yoonchae became extremely possessive, Ilhoon went back to being a pushover, they just lost their communication skills from one season to the other, sex sometimes looked borderline forced, the conflict with Ilhoon and his friend never got addressed again, there was no further character development, the friends just disappeared and it was mostly them sulking or arguing or fucking...
I honestly can't understand how an author can write something so good, so genuine, and completely fuck it up after a hiatus. The first season made me think this would be my new favourite BL of all time because I'm a sucker for simple storylines with gay tension between guys who didn't know they liked men before, I srsly think it's a plot point that I barely see in BL even though it's so exciting to see, but now I feel robbed and honestly just, sad.

This story did a complete 180 from chapter 1 to chapter 2. It went from cute and funny to abusive. It felt as though the author changed overnight.

the story before they started dating was soooo peak omg their dynamic was everything but i liked how the author showed that dating an asshole causes problems down the line. very realistic look into a relationship w this dynamic for sure but seeing them fighting all the time and the mc having to apologize to the overly possessive ml even tho yea rhe ml apologized a lot too... not sure how to feel. 8/10?
also i just realized why it felt so shit even tho it wasn't that shit. it was bc we were left making excuses for the characters every time. it's clear the mc has trauma, the ml probably does too which is why he's so clingy, and once they get together you think oh it'll be about the characters now but it becomes all about their relationship with a bunch of time skips and jumping back and forth
i just cant stand to finish this up until the side stories. ykk what chaeheon is so freaking annoying, immature, thoughtless bastard, dont even bother to hear out ilhoon explaining something everytime. like bro tf is wronf with you, the world is not revolve around u only bro. ughhh not to mention, ilhoon is so EASY to give in everytime chaeheon do that, like hes so adorable i cant, fuck u stand up for yourself once la. and the smut, is not that good at all so plain as fuck. waste my time to read and rhe chapter shiuld be 20 no need to do until 50+ u dont have talent btw.
The art was great. But this was the most boring comic that I’ve ever read. There was literally NOTHING to keep my attention. The plot was boring the characters were boring and mostly annoying it was just awful
