Better writing than most, though just as riddled with cliches, gimmicks and almost as formulaic. The most annoying part are the constant incessant reminders of how everyone considers the ML to be the prettiest of them all. Especially that the drawings (large rectangle with pin head, thin arms, legs, lips and wide set eyes) do not bare that out. There are several characters better looking than that, even mr Lim, who looks a bit too young anyway. Why do they even have to be the most gorgeous. It stretches suspension of disbelief to the limit.
