I love Joohwan, he’s so green and a huge crybaby but goes all in on the teasing when in bed. Yeonsoo is a little dumb but he at least has a bit of a backbone which is great to see. Fuck that master fucker, he deserves way more time in prison but at least he’ll be exiled. I’m also glad Yeonsoo and Joohwan have so many good people around them. The smut is pretty great excluding the shit scenes with that bastard. Everything between Yeonsoo and Joohwan is lovely.
Only reason this is a 4 is that I could see the breakup arc and reunion and how it would all play out from a mile away, though it did resolve quicker than I thought it would and with less mess than I expected too.

And it's done! Yeonsoo was an interesting character in his emotional depth and the way he's a soft person yet can get into dark places and hold enduring grudges that will have him wishing harm on others and himself.
Joohwan showed a range of vulnerabilities and tears that cut through his tough guy persona.
In a lot of elements, the story was typical and the sex was weirdly forceful many times despite promises to be careful and consenting...but it was an enjoyable read and yes the smut was good.
