I didn't understand shot but the artstyle is good
Good story just not properly translated and felt like the story is rushed.

This could have probably been good, though I had to drop it. The first couple chapters are good, but then the translation takes a nose dive into word salad, and it was pointless to even attempt to read. The art looked very promising, though I'm not all that happy about the reveal of the the blond being a high school kid. I'm sure this could have been interesting, but nope, another story ruined by really bad translation. Don't even bother with this unless you just want to look at the good art. It doesn't seem all that smutty though, so I'm not sure it's any good for just looking at the art either.

Bad translation. Rushed plot. NOTHING MADE SENSE.
Skipped over whole chapters cause this was lousy.
Somewhat it'a unreasonable flow of plot, ledt bad taste on my palate
It looks interesting, so sad that the translation is so bad...I had to stop reading
Confusing. Not sure if it's just because of the bad translation or what. But this was a bizarre story with very confusing side stories?
February 19, 2024 @6:46pm - interesting concept, but it was very lacking unfortunately.
Poor translations combined with a rushed and confusing plot just doesn’t work. I like the art but this truly just is not worth reading
It had more potential the plot was ok but the translation was a little rough

One thing I love he's the culprit !! And one thing I hate ,they didn't ended up together
Uh . . . Uhhh . . . I feel like I have so many complaints, but also nothing to say.
This just simply wasn't good.
When I try to think of what to say, and where to begin, a lot comes to my mind. But I think there's a clear main issue because it affects everything—the translation. To be blunt: it's straight ass.
I'm trying to be mindful when I say the translation's bad, as I've read other incompetent translations that ultimately weren't as bad as this, so I'm sure the actual writing of the story itself shares a lot of the brunt. But you just don't know what's going on in this story like at all. It's needlessly hard to follow and regardless of whether this is at its core either a translation issue or an issue of the writing itself, it is definitely emphasized by the poor translation. You took something that was shit and then made it shittier.
On top of the poor translation, the ending just wasn't satisfying, and that's an issue of the writing itself. You spend this story mainly following Choi and Mi Ri. They have a back-and-forth type of dynamic, where they bicker a lot and it's one man (Mi Ri) badgering the other. By the end of the main story, they're not explicitly together but it is wrapped up in a way that makes it go without saying. And then the side stories come.
Choi and Mi Ri get one chapter of the side stories together, and I don't know how to feel about it. Because they seem relatively domestic, they're sleeping together at one of their houses, possibly living together by the looks of it, but it also seems like Choi just doesn't care about Mi Ri. The chapter is about Mi Ri being excited for his birthday. That's it. They're trying to sleep but Mi Ri is too restless because it's minutes away from his twentieth, and he's trying to get Choi to respond to that, but Choi just doesn't seem to give a fuck and tells him to go to bed. Choi then lies down and instantly falls asleep. Seeing he's asleep, and it now hitting midnight, Mi Ri starts to jerk him off as like a birthday present to himself, and Choi obviously wakes up. He's a bit shocked at first but very quickly gives in, and it ends like that. Which like . . . OK? Sure, it seems like they're in a relationship, but this just simply isn't anything that feels resolute. As an ending to their story, this is complete fucking shit. And I feel like it gets undercut by the rest of the side stories, which are dedicated entirely to Deokgae, Choi's childhood best friend, and his unrequited crush on Choi.
The very last chapter was something I really disliked. It's essentially dedicated to Deokgae confessing to Choi. He tells Choi he likes him, but then tries to backtrack, and Choi basically cuts it short by saying "of course I knew you liked me." So then Deokgae begins to talk more, not looking at Choi, so Choi pretty much runs off during this. When Deokgae looks back, Choi's gone, and we see he's hiding behind a wall with this certain type of look on his face. You don't see his facial features or anything so it's a bit hard to read into it, and I guess that's the issue I have. Choi could be blushing, it could also just be lighting. It's clearly meant to be an expressive, sad shot, but what it conveys I just don't know. Is this the end of their friendship? Like I said, it could look like Choi's blushing, so does he actually return his feelings? I hope not. In general, the ending is just too ambiguous for me to feel like it's good. It's not. It's aimless.
On the plus side, the art's great. I'll definitely be reading the author's other work, giving her another try, simply because I think her art is beautiful. The men are so handsome.
Also, I guess it could be of note that I did initially like the characters of Choi and Mi Ri. The translation kind of assassinated them, their personalities don't really mean anything if you can't really comprehend what they're saying, but those first fifteen or so chapters with the original translator was great. Mi Ri was really devoted and really intense, he had such a heightened personality which was a joy to read, and really balanced Choi's straight-man act.
bruh a single yaoi scene and its not even the main mc... story was good though
