This is a tricky one ... Part fact, part fiction. There is indeed an "Order Of The Knights Templar" and The "Rosecrucians" thought to have brought a pregnant Mary Magdalene to France to avoid persecution from the Roman Empire. The art isn't pretty, but the plot/story is an interesting and thought provoking discourse for the "Playing God" pros and cons of cloning.

The story itself was mostly sci-fi and psychological theme, with lowkey BL; I won't categorize this as yaoi or even shounen ai.
