All I can say is the smut is good. Honestly the tone of this story was just sad and miserable which just put me in a bad mood. All they do is fuck instead of communicate, which annoyed me. Overall their relationship is was just hella frustrating. However I do like the premise as it was unique. This just isn’t the angst shit I’m looking for. Also I feel their relationship is severely underdeveloped, along with them as separate characters.

120726 (50.5) WOAH OK LOTS OF THOUGHTS BUT ALSO IDK?????????? i'm so conflicted on this one. i don't even know where to begin or what to say.
it was lowkey quite slow and boring at times. i legit started reading another manhwa halfway through (called 'not bad,' which i really loved lol) at around chapter 28 bc it's lwk kinda bland. but then when i came back and read a bit more, shit was finally going down, so i ended up finishing it.
in the end, i found the couple cute enough and i think that last confession scene was really sweet. but i found their conflict kind of frustrating, especially because it didn't feel like they really resolved anything, they just kinda had sex and talked once and that was it? i rlly did not enjoy the arc where jeongro abandoned gyul without a word after he lost the competition.. and the fact that jeongro remained 'friends' with that awful hyunsuk guy who used him for so long throughout that? it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. i also thought that they didn't rlly have a lot of chemistry together tbh.
i also found the last couple of chapters quite confusing if i'm going to be honest. especially w the dialogue. i found that there were things that just did not make sense at times. for example, the inner thoughts of the characters not matching their actions. one moment where this happened was when gyul called jeongro and told him not to come over to pick up his stuff bc he's busy. he was legit pushing jeongro away, but at the same time, he was thinking things like "didn't u leave ur number so we could talk???" like what? ur the one pushing him away why are u acting like he is lmfao it literally made no sense.
idk everyone really loved this but i just didn't enjoy it all that much.. i feel like it wasn't interesting enough, the art wasn't that good, and the writing was confusing. i think gyul's monologues were nice tho, the premise was pretty unique, and i liked the ending, so yeah a solid 3 stars from me. i'm glad finally read it lol, i had it marked since january last year.
It’s very beautifully done, real and raw.
It’s a well-written and unique story. There are only a few sex scenes, and the focus is mainly on the plot, which I really appreciated. The first half was a bit slow, but I’m glad I stuck with it because it was worth finishing.
I honestly didn’t like Jeongro’s cowardice. In my opinion, being ghosted hurts even more than being cheated on. At least when someone cheats, you know it’s over and can eventually move on. But when someone suddenly disappears without a word, you’re left wondering what happened. Should you keep waiting? Are they okay? Are they even alive?
Still, Han Gyul loved Jeongro so deeply that he chose to forgive him. Love really does make people do things that don’t always make sense.
I understand that Jeongro was going through an incredibly difficult time—feeling like he had nothing to prove himself with, losing his father, and watching his mother battle cancer. But I still believe things could have been different if he had let someone stand beside him. Love isn’t just about sharing the happy moments; it’s also about facing the difficult ones together.
I’m really glad they got their happy ending, but I can’t help feeling that Jeongro’s redemption arc was lacking. I wish the story had spent more time showing him truly earning Han Gyul’s forgiveness.
actually its good!! but not tear jerker or heart wrecker. its actually long enough to build up chemistry for the readers. i like the uke who is strong an steady. but i dont really like much ke seme who is tend to ghost people when theyre at their lowest. its like superficial. but actually its worth the read

Awaiting sides
That was SO GOOD AAAAAAAGH i would love to see more of this give me 100 more chapters of these two please
I really love this manhwa. It easily became my favorite and top 1. I love how the story has it's own base and not just purely about yaoi— to the point that they xx scene is just so mf hot and intimate it's like im with them, watching something that should be private between them, like interrupting something but its so hot oh god I've never found cooking series to be interesting, but this one just left me wanting for more. I especially love the personality of the seme and they both suit eo sm like the chemistry omg. Also, is it just me or does jeongro kind of resembles matthew in under the green light manwha in terms of personality? Anyways, thank you for this masterpiece author !! I'll try to support as much as I can
