It’s a well-written and unique story. There are only a few sex scenes, and the focus is mainly on the plot, which I really appreciated. The first half was a bit slow, but I’m glad I stuck with it because it was worth finishing.

I honestly didn’t like Jeongro’s cowardice. In my opinion, being ghosted hurts even more than being cheated on. At least when someone cheats, you know it’s over and can eventually move on. But when someone suddenly disappears without a word, you’re left wondering what happened. Should you keep waiting? Are they okay? Are they even alive?

Still, Han Gyul loved Jeongro so deeply that he chose to forgive him. Love really does make people do things that don’t always make sense.

I understand that Jeongro was going through an incredibly difficult time—feeling like he had nothing to prove himself with, losing his father, and watching his mother battle cancer. But I still believe things could have been different if he had let someone stand beside him. Love isn’t just about sharing the happy moments; it’s also about facing the difficult ones together.

I’m really glad they got their happy ending, but I can’t help feeling that Jeongro’s redemption arc was lacking. I wish the story had spent more time showing him truly earning Han Gyul’s forgiveness.
