finished (read a lot of it on comix bc the uploads here are missing panels..):
it was pretty good !! sometimes the plot felt rushed and sometimes it felt slow and i feel that some arcs concluded way too quickly (the one about yoojoon’s dad in particular) and lowkey the mc gets a little too much favouritism for my liking BUT what really made this manhwa fun to read were the members and their personalities and dynamics with each other and the mc !!! theyre so sillyyy i love them …… theyre so entertaining LOL

at first there was no system or whatever like these manhwas usually have and for the most part its them maturing and becoming more successful. theres basically Zero knetz comments which is what i lowkey love most in these idol manhwas but i enjoyed it for the most part regardless! (spoiler) but then 150 chapters in suddenly shit goes down and its getting serious and theres actually major stakes and it stole all of my attention and i got so fucking invested LMAOOO. the ending feels a bit rushed and leaves me wanting more … i was kind of expecting hyunwoo to tell them the truth but he didnt god i really wish he did

also they successfully queerbaited me with hyunwoo and yoojoon to the point where a small part of me was lowkey thinking that it might actually become romantic but it didnt in the end maybe im just delusional …. but man …. so many of the major scenes at the end when hyunwoo is reflecting on his past life and stuff involved yoojoon. and when god or whatever he id man yoojoon disintegrate into nothingness i was like goddamn … and at the very end when he made eye contact with past life yoojoon and he reached out for him i was like broooo and the way they keep bickering but yoojoon is so protective of hyunwoo and was so disappointed when hyunwoo would tell him what was really going on and the way yoojoon is so comfortable with hyunwoo’s family that he’s basically become a part of it

Second Try Idol
- Second Try Idol or more better known as Once Again Idol is my first celebrity or entertainment industry manhwa, when reading Second Try Idol I really was so proud of them especially Suh Hyunwoo, like fr, he got through six years of suffering, like, talk about a trauma that's stuck with you cause as far as I'm concerned, trauma is something you 'remember' not live with, I teared up with how much Hyunwoo's trauma was holding him back, with how much was in his schedule, trauma bought him down. I really like how close each member was with each other and how much chemistry they have especially Hyunwoo and Joongyun, they've been friends since forever and I can't believe that together they broken but together they healed and that's heartwarming. I really like the part where Original Chronos was created, more like discovered by the fans because from the very moment Hyunwoo debuted they were already there and if not because of the fans, Hyunwoo would have never thought of the concept of 'History' for their final challenge in 'Coming Up Star', when that arc played I teared, no, I sobbed myself, turning my face red and truly it made me proud that they overcome the hardship of life and idolism together.

- 10/10 plot, 10,000/10 characters and 5 for YMM Ent. Why would my babies have to suffer so much for that wretched Ent. Company.
