It's a BL manhwa I think, where the mc is a naive cinnamon roll but also a scientist that somehow created a way for males to get pregnant and accidentally(?) made himself pregnant thanks to the lead interest and the mc runs away thank to his brother. The siblings almost look alike, the art is somewhat reminds me of children's book's art style (the funsies type).
