hello. i finished reading this AND I AM ABSOLUTELY DEPRESSED. Read ch. 1-38 with any love song of your choice, but i read it with "I'll believe in anything" by Wolf Parade. then ch. 38-46 with the music "thinking of you" by katy perry. then 47-50 with "Mystery of love" by Surfjan Stevens. for Side stories 51-54, read it while playing "White Ferrari" by Frank ocean. TRUST ME IT WILL HURT THIS WAY MORE THAN U EXPECTED IT. don't read the side stories if u wanna cry more. read it if u want reassurance.

Yknow the feeling after u finished watching Banana Fish? Yup, that kind of feeling sit with you and u didnt budge from ur sit for hours, staring onto empty walls, thinking if that was really the end of the story. Like, can I wish for them to have happy ending instead? It was so good I cried myself to sleep when I remembered that Jean knew Maximin as sa petite perle at the end of the story. AND when I realized that he started to lose his sight or actually ady blind but still want to meet his little pearl Mon petite perle, mon chere Jean I wish Maximin could just tell him so that Jean can pour more love and care to him as his montespan.
