i really, really enjoyed this story! to begin with, i adore how different enaga and ai's personalities are, even though they are the same person. one thing that i genuinely enjoy about an identity trope is that chiaki gets to know both sides of ai – his idol persona as well as his regular guy persona. through the story, you see that chiaki started falling for enaga's clumsy and human side while still admiring ai's work all the same. this kind of feels like a different rendition of enemies to lovers; many people enjoy that trope because it essentially shows that someone loves all of you. same with this misidentity trope; chiaki fell in love with both enaga and ai and feels double the love. i love how infatuated both of them are with each other :D another thing i adore about this story is not related to romance, but rather related to how enaga viewed fashion. he mentioned fashion being something that gave someone a backbone to strut the world with confidence, and i wished the author had explored that a little more. the backstory for enaga was that he wore punk clothes to deter girls away from him and realised he felt powerful in the clothes, but i wished that the author would have weaved in a little bit about confidence and such. but overall, this was such a lovely story and i really enjoyed it!
