one of the best one shots ever. the intro, the foreshadowing, the flashbacks, the jump back into the present... everything was structured perfectly and cohesively. it's funny through absurdity and it is completely heartbreaking. i especially love how it directly addresses the topic of homophobia in japanese society and legislation, and how the internalized homophobia affects the main character.
