Literally what i said after I finished reading this. "The fuck" lmao such a waste of time
my favorite
edit: it's getting an physical english release in 2023.
I always find myself re reading this series. I found this over 3 years ago, yet every time I read it I feel different. The story and the art is truly beautiful. The author with many of her other series never Fails to amaze me. Her pen is a gift. This story I feel is incredibly timeless. From the characters to the art, I honestly feel that this should get a drama. It truly needs more recognition.
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve re-read this manhwa. It is so well written and executed that it’s almost addictive.
I live for bittersweetness, and this manhwa is the epitome of that. It is my fav gender bender story, suits my preferences so perfectly
Such storylines are truly bad for my health…

In 18th century England, Gabriel, an orphan girl from a fallen noble family befriended a young man named Jeremy, who was rumored to be an illegitimate child of a nobleman. After an incident occurred, resulting in his tragic death, Gabriel must impersonate her friend Jeremy, taking his place at an all boys academy for nobles, a place that may seem like heaven to others, but really hides a harshness which she would never have imagined.
wow that was really good, the end wasn’t really fulfilling but still
also i really liked joshua, but the author just forgot about him
i must reread again its beautiful and entertaining

Very sad, and the ending left something to be desired. Overall a good story although very dark

Definitely recommend! Along with all Lee Hyeon-sook's other work!
Like everyone else I'd say that the ending to Savage Garden is the weakest part of it. The characters were really strong in the story up till that was really strong but it just kind of implodes on itself at the end. Also, like everyone else, I thought Euan deserved better. I found him to be a more compelling love interest than Ray and I wish he hadn't died. No, nature of the story is meant to be, but having said that, that clashes with the ending. Ray and Gabrielle did not seem like characters you should have ended up together and certainly not in the way displayed at the en. It just felt cheap. Like more. What is been added to preserve the nature of the manhwa thus far. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The intrigue was a bit confusing to follow since the audience followed Gabriel's perspective for the most part, who was kept in the dark about the true motives of the nobles. I thought something was going to be expanded on with Gabriel's own past as a fallen noble, but aside from some offhand remarks it feels like she could have been a commoner and it wouldn't have mattered.
The ending was a bit abrupt and side plots and characters could have been given more detail. I liked how the epilogue showed that despite events, (mostly) everyone moved on and had other life to experience. Honestly, there are mixed feeling about the happy love ending. It didn't really match with the rest of the story.
It was a great story! However*note to myself, do not read again.* Sadness
The ending is such a tragedy, so many plot holes too :( but I still loved this.
