I just want to say that I KNOW BWAT stories are traumatizing, but like… in a good way? BUT THIS ONE??? This is beyond traumatizing. I CAN’T. Chung is so precious, innocent, and lovable, and then BWAT HUHUHU Actually, the story is really good and very interesting. It definitely hooked me, but there are still some holes that I feel need more explanation so I can understand everything more deeply. There are so many characters mentioned and so many connections that need more clarification, especially the family ties, what relationship is happening between everyone, who the real mother and father are, and MORE. I was so confused trying to connect everything. Because of that, I eventually just focused on the ML and MC and their story. But despite all the confusion and all the suffering they went through, I really love the ending. At least they got their happy ending after EVERYTHING.

So mad that my comment go accidentally removed! As much as I remember, at Chapter 43 I was mad because no one did anything to keep Chung safe. OBVIOUSLY, he was going to get kidnapped again. So dumb. At least try to keep the love of your life safe. The whole mafia family thing was confusing. Legitimage, not legitimate, bastard children, adopted children, random violence. Oh, and sexual abuse for pretty much everybody.
Chung developed a horrible relationship with sex. He was traumatized, so have sex until it doesn't matter. Sha is being emotionally vulnerable with him. He could thank him for sharing that part of his life and comfort him, but no. Chung tries to make it stop with sex. Not okay.
The side couples didn't have near enough screen time and they would have been WAAAAAY more enjoyable. They were mostly normal. Ling Fei and Chung's friend was devloping into something. The brother and his bandmate was adorably dumb. I wanted more of those. Part of me wants them to be separate stories, but the other part doesn't want them painted with the same brush as the main couple. Too much rape, too much violence, too much. I don't want that for the side couples.
Anyway, because of the side couples, I am giving them a three. Without the, the main story is a 2 at best.
