I love lyrical BLs like this, the melancholic vibes were on top!!! It wasn't all that serious at the same time too, but it still felt perfect to me. The artist made sure we could understand Jiho despite his childish antics stemmed from immaturity. And Woojung's purpose was shown well too. People may have problems with the age gap, specially when Woojung had sex with Jiho as soon as he turned legal age. Imo, I didn't see any problem, it was consensual+Woojung did not take the initiative+he was also hesitant. Based on the novel, it seemed like he had acknowledged the problem in what he did.

Jiho works really well as an unreliable narrator, but at the same time there are some... gaps in how Woojung is written and presented to the reader #tbh and somehow can't help feeling like this might got trimmed down from the webnovel, and the pacing reflects that a little. for most of it, the pacing felt methodical and really well done, but right before Jiho's father showed up, things started to feel different. Not rushed exactly, just more in passing, a little shallower than before. but it's easily overlooked and im probably just nitpicky orz
but that said, I loved Jiho. His struggle, his growth, his childishness, his self-awareness!!!!! But Woojung needed to be more!!!! He's such an interesting character. I could throw him farther than I'd trust him, and yet I desperately wanted to understand why he became the catalyst for Jiho's desire to change but. whatever !!! love works in mysterious ways. a great story.
