I started this with great expectations of the story having depth and emotion. But tbh it felt so forced and lacklustre. The characters didnt have chemistry; even in the end, it felt one-sided. It's a bittersweet, somewhat boring story imo. Desperation and yearning is only enjoyable to read about when it's executed well. This was just sad.
