I dropped this early on upon first read because I wasn’t feeling the pushiness of the seme, but I picked it up again since the tab was open and wow. I am SO happy I never close tabs.
The characters were excellently written and wonderful balances for each other. Leewon bringing a sharp, somewhat repressed maturity and Ilyoon mellowing him out with a carefree, and at times thoughtless immaturity stemming from a real place of generosity and warmth. The conflict is well written and believable, especially for the age group they’re in (budding adults about to leave college) and this couple and their tumultuous love story makes me so so happy. I was so captivated by the maturity in the writing and the proper tie ups of loose ends. I appreciate that the author never deigns to make mc or ml the bad guy when it comes to fights, even though it would be very easy to frame it that way with Leewon’s prickly personality. While Ilyoon’s sweet, golden retriever qualities are adorable, we clearly see his tendency to gloss over the bad in favour of the good without properly addressing the problems and how it takes a turn for the worse in the final arc of the story. Neither of the characters are toxic, nor do they have some insanely tragic backstory. They’re real people with common fears that drive them to do silly things that hurt themselves and each other. That’s that. What a breath of fresh air.
I’m so glad I gave it another shot, and I’m eagerly awaiting the side stories.

9.3 it's a great story, because they both grow and mature a lot, but its realism at some moments made me so sad.... like, it's a proof it works, but my heart was taken higher, then plummeted, then higher again etc.

They're so cute, your honor.
I don't know what the author has sprinkled above these two, some kind of fairy dust, because I love them. I thought their relationship was beautiful, the development was beautiful, their flaws made perfect sense, their human messiness was relatable and they were overall made for each other. They complete one another. Il is an extrovert, Leewon is an introvert. Il is a friendly people pleaser, Leewon is a lone wolf who wants to be left alone. Il doesn't want to be hated, Leewon couldn't care less. They're both unsure about their future and careers, they're both artistic souls, they're both insecure and they both learn from each other. As they put it: "You make me want to become a better man." and that made me UUURRRGHHHIHUHFUSIHSIRUGF
Let's not forget that Yoo Il's name means "only one" in Korean and then we have On Leewon which sounds like "only one" in English. I love it here. YOU'RE MY ONLY OOONEEEE.

THIS IS SO SWEET AND AMAZING OMGGGGGGG, their love feels so natural
I really liked this i think theyre relationship is beautiful. Normally i tend to stop reading after a couple gets together as I’m not really a fan of pure fluff. However this manhwa showed the struggles of a true relationship with all their miscommunication and misunderstandings and it was truly a great read i was crying towards the end they love eachother so much. Saw people complaining about the two characters introduced that were getting in the way of their relationship but whilst yes they were kinda abrupt ig i felt like both characters had enough depth that it didnt feel like just a tool to further their relationship
