the graphic rape scene is such an ick, its neither both of their fault so im just gonna blame the lame ass author for using it as a plot device even if it was so completely necessary, like i get its to make them have more "chemistry" but it was literally just forced and nonconsensual, its not the chemistry we're looking for because what they have right now is not romantic tension but guilt and a bitter feeling, which again, is completely unnecessary even if it focuses on a darker topic, i mean the author couldve not used a rape scene okay? thats all im gonna say about that. (lowk glad it wasnt romanticized much but i feel like the uke brushed it off a little too quickly for smt so traumatic) anyways, the characters are very interesting!! i love the uke, hes incredibly smart and surprisingly has a backbone considering the normal tendency of ukes being dumb as a fart sigh.. sadly, thats the bare minimum nowadays.. the seme reminds me of ash lynx from banana fish tbh.. id like to see more of his story, about how the antagonist actually knew him beforehand, why he hates the guy, etc. as far as i know, his whole world only revolves around the antagonist which feels a little boring so hopefully, more about the character himself!! okay thats all, i have high hopes for this manhwa and im marinating it for a LONG time.

Honestly tough start (like fr mc was pissing me off) but it's getting good. Ppl be saying the rape did nothing to the olit and but after reading it i disagree, it's interesting because tbh that was the consequence of his own actions, as he literally drugged the ml to do that, himself, unprompted (like bruh dude brought up a deal and did nothing to harm you so far and you couldn't wait long enough to listen first??) anyways i digress it's way more interesting than a normal noncon scene since the victim instigated it in the first place and the rapist() feels disgusted by it and remorseful even though he was in control. Also as it goes on i like their dynamic but mostly because of the ml. I like the way he's super stubborn cuz tbh i would be too. Their fight and reconciliation is satisfying dialogue wise other than them fucking immediately after. And ngl, everyone was talking about how this is breaking bad, but I didn't know anything about it so i don't care lol
