This story was so good. The FL was such a good person from beginning to end. I liked how the ML was not who you thought it would be. Usually the terrible ML would be a dirt bag in the beginning and then have a redemption arch. I was rooting for the demon he wanted her unconditionally from start to finish. The general got exactly what he wanted at the end and still ended up miserable.
