they're not kids anymore, yet, those youthful longings don't disappear just because they're older now. very soft and sweet, but with a thread of melancholy and nostalgia that's a little too easy to fall into, in adulthood.

the panel work in this is so creative and gorgeous, warping the time and pace and emotional impact of the story, and practically its own character. so unique and dreamy. though at points it felt too dreamy and disconnected, like their feelings were ghosts possessing them rather than their own.
