A josei love triangle: a kindergarten teacher, her friend with benefits, and her new boss.
Nothing particularly special in terms of story; it’s essentially a shoujo manga aged up. But it’s presented well and briefly touches on adult themes.

Sounds like a premise for just another ecchi manga, but it subverts that. The MC is well-written and her experiences realistic.
The manga itself is pretty average, but seeing an MC I can relate to is rare.

It apparently has a few shortcomings compared to its source material, but the high quality art and action scenes make those flaws easy to overlook.
