Haruomi and Chigasaki are one of the few surivivors after a zombie infection spread out. Haruomi was at his job when it started and had away in the store for a while, he decided he should move on and he meets Chigasaki on the way. After running away from zombies the first time, the end up in a room where Haruomi sees that Chigasaki has an erection. The two starts forming feelings for each other, and when Chigasaki is bit by a zombie, Haruomi asks him to bite him so they both turn into zombies.

The story is actually good if u look past the age gap, I am not normalizing this type of relation ship or anything, it's just something that regularly occurs in Mangas and I've learnt to accept them, doesn't mean I condone or support it irl. The story is good and the couple themselves too, I started adoring them while reading this
