NAH THIS PLOT, WORLDBUILDING, AND CHARACTERS R MAD GOOD (and also the fight scenes+growth. he has fast growth, but he's still very weak so its cool).
and mc is NOT a good guy but he's lowkey been fucked by life so much without even KNOWING, that he deserves so much? like he IS an asshole but he doesnt feel like one even tho if he was real, there would be educational youtube videos using him in the nature vs nurture argument of psychopathy and sociopathy. he is my FAVE character of all

no. 1 hedonistic capitalist. look at this sucker. i love him. he embodies EQ naivety that should be illegal for someone as clever as him.

i can't tell you exactly how much this does not fit onto the list, but how every single raw panel of this manga absolutely encompasses every characteristic that qualifies a story to be on this list. it's like a fucked up picasso abstract that made up a mona lisa painting; all the right parts and yet it still produced smth that makes zero sense in this fucking soup aisle.

not an asshole, just a 3-year-old frankenstein baby who actually was raised by a normal compassionate human being and therefore has no homicidal tendencies. but other than that, everything else that encompasses a fucking toddler remains in that fucking overpulled froot loop

contagiously obnoxious mc. loved him so much i ended up reading the whole ass LN for him, only to realize his entire team is infected with just,,, shamelessness

his overwhelming power + questionable mental stability removes the limits of whatever he wants to do, and lets him get away with shit no matter what. he doesn't even do "badass" things half the time, half of it is just him doing shit as a side-hussle.
EDIT: GUYS WE LOST A GOOD ONE. HE HAS A HAREM AND AUTHOR THINKS SA OF A MALE MC IS FUNNY. MC is no longer a gatekeeping girlboss, he's a fucking VICTIM of a goddamn unself-aware tragedy that author thinks is a comedy.

his shit eating grin on the cover says it all. he's like. embodiment of wall street capitalist who'll rail the commenters on that one reddit thread inflating gamestop just for fucking up wallstreet that one time.

has zero remorse for hoarding rewards and upright using people (though, he does compensate/"play nice" with people who aren't dipshits, he's simply ruthless to actual dicks).

edit: the plot is a little unbearable, but the gameplay is actually peak and i'm SO fucking into it. like this is how i feel while exploring genshin's new world that crashed my computer bc i haven't updated in so long that one update is 37hrs.

you know how some MCs are shameless in a "badass"/"hilarious" sort of way where they blatantly disregard peoples' feelings or expected social customs? he's like that, except author RLLY writes him as the shameless type who doesn't care about looking cool or undignified so nobody even thinks they're badass they're just more like "they should be institutionalized for their crimes" and i think that's beautiful in an embarrassing way.

mc is like a subtle scent if that makes sense. god i wanna condense his attitude in a perfume bottle
