The sadistic/masochistic nature of the couple is odd at first, and I often find them both exhausting, but for some reason I end up coming back to this one. It's one of those relationships that would have went well from the start if they actually talked to each other, but what can you expect from teens...
Sawauchi has an incredible art style. I find the miscommunication in this manga to be hilarious, but the depressing undertones in some chapters are nice (and would have been amazing if expanded upon). It's a typical case of someone bullying their love interest due to their pride, but in a comical way.
I adore the simplistic and maybe even routine approach this manga takes. It's a manga that focuses on (very quickly) moving on from loving someone unobtainable to someone that's already in love with you. It's definitely not a crazy unique plot, but the art and characters are endearing. The second couple was more to my liking, and the continuation of their story in The Fourth Guard was nice (and weird).
I honestly only enjoyed chapter one. The art has a delicate feel to it.
A bit off put by the harassment, but their relationship turns out to be adorable. The main character bullies his love interest, but spoils him once they are together.
The category applies to the first couple. A simple misunderstanding causes a store clerk to lash out at a customer. Unfortunately, that customer ends up becoming his coworker!
Sekiya overhears another club member bad mouthing him and cannot figure out what he did to deserve such treatment! The club president comes up with a solution for Sekiya's problem: "You two will hold hands from now on!" Can hate become love just from the touch of the hands?
The progression of the relationship is rocky, but I liked how innocent it felt at times. The second couple is adorable as well.
