My Favourite BL Power Bottoms

Loved the first couple (Kyubin x Seungtaek), did not care for the second couple (Suhyeok x MC)

Honestly, I did not like the "main" character at all. He was just annoying and making problems for himself while blaming everyone else. The only thing that made me read through this manga and love it was the 1st couple because I really loved Seungtaek (uke) because he kept trying to help out the MC eventhough the MC kept blaming him for all his problems. Also Inbeom was a good boi.

3rd couple (Ch. 5 - 7)

It's so cute! I loved how the uke is taller than the seme and that he has short hair. I really like how the uke basically subverted the seme's expectation of him being shy and innocent but instead the uke is a tease and likes challenging the seme. I also like how the seme was worried about what the uke thinks and how he might not actually like this relationship because the uke used to be straight but the uke was just like "I like you so what's the prob

Alex (Seme, blond) x Clark (Uke, Black hair)

This is the psychological thriller where the uke is not the usual small uke that needs saving but instead Clark is the one trying to save his friend/ex by manipulating Alex (the killer) into falling in love with him instead. I really like Clark and how cold and calculated he is. The way he acts and thinks is so interesting where his indifference almost makes him seem like a potential serial killer. I also like the Inspector Chief and his shamlessness

Matthew (seme)(Brown hair) x Jin (uke)(Black hair)

Puppy, younger, innocent seme x Yakuza/Mafia, older, experienced, power bottom uke

I really like Matthew's thought process because you think he is this innocent guy but he is actually kind of cold and only shows his cute side to Jin . And you think Jin is cruel and cold but you have these moments where he seems to understand Matthew and is not so harsh on him. In fact, he kind of encourages Matthew in his own way in my opinion.

Jake (Seme) (Blond hair) x Moon ShinGun (Uke) (Black/Brown hair)

Mafia, horny, seme x No nonsense, what did I get myself into, power bottom uke

I like how Shin doesn't immediately think that Jake is handsome or sexy and secretly wanted to hook up with him before he found out who he was. And once he did find out, he didn't immediately fall head over heels in love with him, he just knew he messed up and now he wants to figure out how to get out of this relationship and is scared of Jak

Hyeono (Alpha, sub top, brown hair) x Gain (Omega, power bottom, black hair)

The uke (Gain) definitely fits into the seme-looking trope and I'm so happy for that. Gain is such a likeable strong no nonsense character and also he is not unreasonable. He will listen without being too stubborn about it. The seme is also very cute. I didn't really like how the seme kept jumping to conclusions and not really listening to the uke first and how both of them got frustrated with each other.

Yoshio (Seme, long hair) x Hajime (Uke, Yakuza, power bottom)

Older Hajime is so hot, and also kudos to him for still managing to be dominant eventhough he lost the game and has to be the bottom. The relationship between Yoshio and Hajime is interesting because it seems like there is a lot of trust between them and also a past that both of them treasure. They both care for one another but never seem to want to make it official (maybe because it's too dangerous).

Baek Ryong (Seme, long white hair) x Jeon Doo In (beefy uke, black hair) [The daddies couple]
Chapter: 13-15, 27-28, 30

Not the main couple but I find that their dynamic is even more interesting than the other two couples' dynamic which are basically abuse and manipulation not that this couple doesn't have that but their interactions are really amusing while the other 2 couple's are just sad. I like how dominant Doo In is when he is with Baek Ryong but he is a really bad father to Miho.

Beom (Seme, tan) x Geumhu (Uke)

I really like the story so far. Beom is basically obsessed with Geumhu and would do anything for him while Geumhu seems really intrigued by him. For now it's basically explicit stuff with not much plot besides Geumhu's son and his medicine but I like it. Also Geumhu looks like the seme from Painter of the Night which I did not read but I've always wanted to see him become the uke so this basically fulfills that.

Superman (Seme) x Batman (Uke)

This deals with the multiverse and all the different variation in Superman and Batman so it can be a little confusing especially regarding Owlman's monologue but in the end I think it's understandable. It's an interesting read and the happy moments really warms my heart. Also the art is so good!
