The ML was a bit of a dork, which was pretty cute. I wish the FL acted and was treated more like a doctor, instead of a personal nanny for the princess. He could've relied her more in the aspects she's strong in, instead of regulating her to a motherly role for his child. It seemed like he didn't trust her as much as he said he did. However, for most part the ML was a good-natured and awkward, which was fun to see.

It was nice, though I don't like how they painted the FL's boyfriend as the bad one in the relationship when she's in a fake relationship with someone else and kissing them. I think making the FL flawed would've made this better than just making everyone who stands in the couple's relationship bad. It just felt cheap and they could've omitted the relationship all together since the ex boyfriend wasn't even that important to the plot.

Not the biggest fan of the FL having to teach the ML to love. I don't know if I'm just insensitive, but if any adult was acting like he was at the end, I would instantly get turned off. It's just childish behaviour. At some point you have to be responsible for your own trauma, and the FL isn't a therapist. Though it wasn't the worst, it just lacked in chemistry or any romance.

Guy gets dumped so he goes to this ex to get her back. What an asshole. ALso has the bullshit excuse of 'I don't know how to love,' okay then fucking learn. Go to therapy and stop bothering women. Hated him the entire time. Also the FL acted stubborn and prideful only to lose it all so easily for a mediocre guy.

Women are strong and powerful, but let's patronize them throughout the entire story. Okay, it wasn't thaaat bad, but when he picked her up like a bag of potatoes and slapped her ass, I was disgusted. He was also way to forceful in the beginning, it was borderline sexual harassment, but they just play it off as flirting, even though she was visibly uncomfortable. He's 'flirting' would make me uncomfortable and scared is all I'm saying. He also betrayed her twice after each time they slept.

Was better than the last one in the same series, but not by much. Again, a lot of red flags being excused as flirtation. I like how the FL has a passion. The ML was trash for not believing in her, and then have the audacity to ambush her on her special day. Not cool. The opening of her restaurant shouldn't be about you and your fickle feelings, fucking loser.

I want to make it higher because the FL doesn't forgive him for doing the bare minimum, and isn't satisified with crumbs, and makes sure the ML knows that. Which is super satisifying. However, I hate that the main conflict is that she thinks he doesn't love her, when we all know they love each other, the problem is he doesn't respect her. Respect and love aren't synonymous, and if your spouse can't respect you, then don't marry them.

The FL was so cute. She had little quirks in her personality, which weren't obnoxious, but it just made her more interesting and feel more like a real person. The ML was also pretty nice, and I could definitely feel the chemistry between the two. However, the conflict in the third act seemed so forced, it didn't line up with the Ml's character. Though it gets resolved easily, and I can imagine that the ML isn't an ass all the time, it was just a moment of weakness.

This is the most shallow shit I've ever read. The FL is pathetic for getting so worked up by her stepmom calling her ugly and useless as an adult. I'm sorry but those are elementary insults, grow the fuck up. And ur insecurities don't go away just cause a guy says you're the most beautiful girl in the world. So corny. The characters are one dimensional and pathetic. I can't believe a grown ass woman wrote this shit.

Dude was annoying the minute he opened his mouth. But I can't believe the FL just rolled with it. I hated everything about him. Not one desirable trait. The way he pushed her out of her comfort zone for his own benefit, gross. There's a reason he's divorced and his child doesn't like him, and it's entirely his fault. At some point the ex isn't crazy it's your man.
