This is too good it mixes survival horror with superpowers and has a close knit group of characters. Reminds me of early orv where it was still survival horror instead of deus ex machina, survive romance, and jungle juice. Moving this to the top cause I'm currently obsessed with this one.
Became one of my favs on par with orv. This one has a depth to it that surpasses regular hack and slash levelling action OP ML webtoons.
11/10 peak actually should get 9.9 rating instead of solo levelling there I've said it. It has this human element to it and the arc with the xianxia zombies is so beautifully done it's a masterpiece.
This is so damn good. Interesting twists and tower defense tactics and side characters are all well written too. The novel has some romance but it seems acceptable. What I can't accept is one side couple but eh, I'll just hope it gets axed in the webtoon.
11/10 peak, deserves even higher rating.
11/10 should have a tragedy tag to this too. MC gets transported into a tower climbing character gacha game where if they die, they die permanently. I'd love to see a spinoff of him playing as master with his former game characters. I like the strategy and teamwork aspects of this plus it is brutal with people dying left and right. I think it was peak pre-tragedy and after that the MC seems to never make mistakes again.
Sci-fi mecha fantasy - with excellent designs. I rarely see scifi in Korean webtoons but this is so good. It's a little dark and MC is cold and rational, or at least he tries to be while he toes the line between the empire and the rebel force.
11/10 if all the foreshadowing is what I think it is later and lives up to its potential. Deserves higher rating.
11/10 dungeon wars are epic. MC was born in the lowest depths of the dungeon and became a dungeon ruler by accident. Gets surprisingly dark in a good way.
10/10 I like MC's camaraderie with his comrades and how they're all a crazy bunch. The fight scenes are so good and so are the enemies. I especially like the character designs too.
I'm so freaking glad I continued. The story only gets better. MC has NPCs and friends and rivals who are super strong and helpful. And he fights like a blacksmith taking advantage of items. He also turns out to be a decent dude. World building and fights are peak and fun to read. MC is not very smart but he's the definition of triumphant perseverance. The only thing I dislike is the gary stu character that is MC's son.
11/10 world building is best in the genre.
Really like this one. Reminds me a bit of ORV. MC is strong but solves each tower level with unprecedented solutions. His livestream chat is also very entertaining. Has one of the best NPCs and animal companions I've read.
10/10
Sniping and guns in a medieval fantasy game, what's not to like? I also really love the musketeer trio and their skillsets. Only con is author's lack of game/math logic when it comes to devising statistics and percentages in the game.
10/10 it's so rare to find a decent game system webtoon with gunners.
