GOD TIER. LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST MANHWAS EVER MADE. season 1 was especially INSANE, the coup d'état arc was probably one of the most iconic arcs in bls ever, that shit deserves a whole movie adaptation. this manhwa embodies the tune of "kingdom heart" from tangled. I've been obsessed with this story since 2021 and I'm STILL obsessed with this masterpiece, it truly did change me as a person.

llewellyn and shavonne really only have each other... this story made me think about love very differently than most romance stories do. the love between two people who were abandoned by the world, one didn't even know he was human before the other taught him he is. the word limit here is preventing me from writing paragraphs about the things i want to say about this beautiful masterpiece

i really aspire to be as successful and admirable as joobin, he's SUCH A DIVA. and yikyung the man you are, love pairs like this where the top is a down bad pathetic dog for their beautiful partner. this manhwa will always have me obsessed, i get astronomical amounts of gender envy from joobin and yikyung is literally my ideal type. edit: just when i thought this manhwa couldn't get more iconic, they released synchro.

anyone who knows me is TIRED of hearing about piggy, that's my biological son btw. I'd DIE for him, if anything happens to him I'll kill everyone and then myself. I'd become a billionaire to hire all the best chefs in the world to cook as much food as that little glutton can eat. it's me and my piggy against the world.

I didn't read this manhwa, this manhwa read me. each character was so well thought out, so human. they made me reflect on myself through their character developments. Honestly don't have the vocabulary to express the emotions this story made me feel. Yes, I cried. I haven't been able to read as much this year, life feels dull and non of my interests brings me much joy, every little thing feels like a chore but last night, I cried over this and was reminded why I love reading.
