So when it comes to BanG Dream a lot of the pairings that I see a lot are from two bands: Roselia and PasuPare (Sometimes HaroHapi). Which I understand YukiLisa, SayoLisa, AyaChisa, MisaKanon, and even SayoTsugu are often used in events and thus have a lot of moments. Not to mention, the bands are just popular overall.
MocaRan tends to be more in the background, it's a childhood best friend dynamic with contrasting personalities. I love it. And I love this, Moca and Ran are so cute together.
It's short and sweet. Has a great twist on the classic childhood best friends to lovers trope.
Gotta love the stories I can relate to. Just gonna share the fact that people often think I'm mad at them because my eyes are always sharp or something.
Doesn't really have a romance confession but we get something similar. Quick read if you just need something to kill time.
Don't you love it when bullies get dunked on? Well, I do.
So here's a little one shot where the yandere character gets her happy ending.
It is short. It is a oneshot. It has a plot twist. I will not spoil the plot twist.
You know, finding out that this guy also wrote 'My Angela' the story makes a lot of sense.
'We hurt the ones we love.' Is a theme that is seen in both the other work and in this one. Metaphors are used to highlight the ab*se that people put others through, either by taking away their freedom or hurting them to keep them with you. It's bleak, I'll give you that but it definitely is a metaphor for ab*se in one way or another.
(Also, please don't romanticize this.)
Incredible take on the Hanahaki trope.
Hanahaki always seems to happen internally without any external signs that something's wrong, so it's interesting seeing it so open. And it's also interesting that the girl seems to have accepted her fate. At some point you just have to, I guess.
It gives this atmosphere of calmness mixed with the impending tragedy of the girl's death.
Honestly, I need someone to tell me I'm cute like that.
Anyway, why do all the good stories have to be one shots? It's your basic premise, tall cool girl with a fan club and cute shy girl who's just kinda... there, then there's the fact that the cool girl likes gothic lolita fashion.
The characters remind me a lot of Morning Glories, Tamen de Gushi and that one girl from My Sister is an Angel.
