Hasegawa is numb to the wolrd, Yoshinaga is lost, Sakura turned his feelings off. The complicated and evolving feelings they hold towards each other and towards the world they live in are particularily well depicted, the art is beautilful. It feels real and intense.

As they grow closer, Shun develops affection towards Mio and confesses, but it's too late, Mio leaves the day after for the orphanage. A calming, soothing story about growing love. Despite their tragic past, these two are so pure and heartwarming. Gorgeous art, a true gem.

Shun's mother immediately accepts the two lovers, the father however still has to come around. Mio and Shun start a lovey dovey life as a couple, it is heartwarming to see Mio having a family again. It's about the process of acceptance and reconciliation in a relatable way and deepens the love story. Touching, feel good read. Love

I loved to see those two grow up and build a strong relationship no matter what. How healthy and simple and honest their love is. The slow pace and introspective tone give this piece a unique atmosphere. A masterpiece, worth re-reading.

I like how every character is kinda flawed, how nothing gets entirely resolved. Some parts stay in the shadow, the story is very soothing somehow.
