WEAK Monarch & STRONG Subordinates
This is an exclusive list for a high ranking person being weaker than their subordinates with a genuine catastrophic possibility if the subordinates rebel or turn on them. See other lists for inclusive or additional ones.
In other words, even if he (and/or his people) are OP to others in the story setting, there has to be a drastic and real balance to the king's ability to survive alone, even if only the threat of his own position.
Haha, the basis of this list in a nutshell: player and their OP NPC subordinates
*technically he's not "weak" but to fight his own subordinates (hi Shalltear), he has to dig out specialty equipment, so I think the balance us kept nicely in that way.
More like "my minion is so badass, my status as their master means I'm badass by default"
