webtoons have made these kinds of lists almost a fool's errand because so many are so long, they inevitably include some kind of sickness/injury chapter. but since I'm compiling these lists for my own reference at the end of the day, I'm only including ones that particularly squeeze my heart OR significantly impact the plot in some way.
