Both characters are so sharp and smart and the relationship is so toxic that you can't look away
TW: Non-con; dub-con; seme did NOT hold back in the begining – but redemption arc done really well; trauma manifests in different ways for different people and though this is very very very unlikely to be advisable irl, it makes sense that someone might have the same experience. Realistic. Enjoyed it – will only re-read from ch 50 onwards tho because hot damn seme took a hot minute to realise he was being an asshole
mc is being held hostage by ml's org but not treated brutally – interested to see where it'll go
amazing chef's kiss just the level of tension and softness that i like with my characters – they're both aware of how gutsy/dangerous the other is and how much it'll fuck them up but they're both so attracted to each other that they couldn't care less – I love their roughness and tenderness mismatched together
