I haven't read this, but make sure to watch the excellent K-drama -- there's def a queer subtext surrounding the 2 male MCs and the author admitted that he was intending to write them being in a gay relationship.

Mentaiko is a gei-comi/bara doujinshi mangaka who pretty much loves putting smut into his stories. As someone on Bakaupdates says, this manga also "got the comedy of shounen/seinen manga", plus there are characters from shounen mangas put in the backgound in ch. 6 (as the comment section mentions). Probably all of his works could be put in this list. :)
Plot centered shounen-ai which mainly seems to be bromance shounen at first.
The uke gives off tough guy seinen vibes, like, for example, Duke Togo. (Okay, maybe I'm seeing too much into this character, but nevermind.) :D
