My only problem: the majority of the side story chapters could 've been part of the main story. Honestly, I have no other problems. Good art, fun and interesting characters and side characters. The baby is very cute. The uke's subordinates are sexy and funny. It's good to see how the uke has managed to heal emotionally and to become a better person due to the seme and their son. (Okay, he's still a gangster so ....)
2025/07/19: dunno whether vol7 is the ending, so I put it into the 'already read' category - Very good omegaverse BL: cuteness, fun characters, focus on societal problems (hierarchy, prejudice, etc), focus on matters relating to dealing with/raising kids (role of parents; what it takes to be a 'good parent'; responsibility; how to approach kids as responsible adults).
If you read it as only fluff then this is a disappointment bc the seme's manipulative, controlling, forceful, sly & inconsiderate even though he'd give his life for his family. It's better to read it as psycholgical romance mixed with fluff, slice-of-life, comedy & historical tragedy. The art's uniquely beautiful. Hosik's a pushover but his STORY reflects the everyday struggles women face in a patriarchcal society, has a heart of gold, & is trying to live a happy life.
