It's a nice mixture of comedy and romance, and it tackles serious social, mental & relationship issues (trauma, family abuse, homophobia, religion, Korean Christianity and its negative attitude towards homosexuality, healing & accepting oneself via relationship). The MCs and the major side characters (friends, parents) are cool, cute, and fun. The MCs' relationship is not always perfect, but it's healthy and heartwarming.
Super smutty when it comes to erotic scenes.
I have mixed feelings about this, but all in all this was keeping me entertained. The dramatic tone quickly shifted to comedy & smut with the main focus on the dynamics & relationship of the 3 major characters. Honestly, I loved the ending -- just don't take this story too seriously. Maybe they are all assholes, but they are entertaining & hot ones.
An unexpectedly enjoyable comedy-romance BL. It's character-driven bc the silliness & cuteness builds on the characters' personalities, their banter & bickering -- the main characters are a comedic couple who are loyal to each other. The uke's a coward who is NOT afraid of being an outspoken power bottom and the seme is a false red flag who just funnily arrogant & doesn't know how to express himself properly in a serious relationship.
One of the few slice of life BLs I truly enjoyed. Sexy characters. The MCs can be stupid, are making mistakes and there are also misunderstandings. But via their relationship, both MCs go through character development and together they solve the problems and overcome the misunderstandings. By the end, they are getting on the path of becoming real, responsible, passionate, but also sometimes clumsy and loveable adults. TOGETHER they are planning to do this.
It's very good, funny, and cute.
