My favorite manga, ever. In 1920, Masataka goes to Tokyo to attend high school. Literally, almost by accident, he meets Souma Saiki, the man who will become Masataka's employer, and the two will change each other irrevocably. Both carry big secrets, but the Saiki household holds even bigger secrets. Brain, eye and heart bleach for this one. One of the darkest stories I have had the pleasure of reading. My favorite.
A real gem. Kashiwaya is a delight. Kashiwaya and Hibino are best friends. Kashiwaya notices one day that Hibino's adam's apple bothers him, so he tests his theory that he may be a vampire out on Hibino's adam's apple and their really unique love story begins. One of the funniest damn things I have EVER read. One word : KAPPA. :)
17 year old Haru Kaidou receives a message from his birth mother that she is on the verge of death. Upon arrival, he meets his adopted brother, wild child, Ren and learns that there is nothing wrong with Haruko, his birth mother, other than a busy professional life and a wild adoptive son who is more wolf than human. In a summer Haru tames Ren and promises that they will live together in Japan. Life intervenes and circumstances change. A rocky road to love for two the opposite side of each other
Interconnected stories about second love. The stories are: Junjou Romantica, Junjou Egoist and Junjou Terrorist. I adore this manga, it's stories and the mangaka. Nakamura Shungiku-sensei created a.masterpiece. And a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Nakamura-sensei for creating Akihiko "Usagi" Usami. What an amazing character in my book.
An interesting take on Peter Pan. I really like this one.
Way too freaking cute. An actual healthy yaoi relationship? Yes, please! I would love more of these two. Interspersed, is the story about a few members of a visual kei band that's cute too.
Lives up to its hype. Amazing. Two lives intersect on a line in the road. It follows the entirety of their relationship and it's beautiful.
So good.
Great pieces. The seriously funny second story was my favorite. The peacock mating dance must be seen to be believed!
Dense and compelling. Such a complex storyline.
