Summary (based on just looking at the manga not reading cuz idk japanese):
Brown hair (A) has somewhat of a odd power where if he speak, everyone will instantly fall for him. While A is eating alone on the roof and talking to himself, White hair (B) accidentally hear A and has no reaction. A in shock and curious so A keep wanting to talk to B. Anyway, its not revealed until c3 that B is actually hard of hearing and wearing disability aid.
