Mc is a huge BL fan and as he is buying more manga suddenly a truck crashes into the store, killing him. He wakes up entangled in a snake in a world he doesn't recognize. Snake turns into a human and he explains that he's a god and mc is his chosen one who will turn him from a snake into a dragon once they have sex.
Really funny mc, extremely cute main couple, they'll even have a cute child later! I really love this one, my fave BL isekai!!

MC passes out after finishing his assignment and next time he wakes up on christmas day at his dorm, his college is swarmed by zombies. When he thinks he is about to die he is saved by a mysterious and scary sunbae who claims to know him but mc doesn't. They stick together with the mutual goal of escaping their college alive, the ml adamant about protecting mc from death.
Score only bc the ending was a bit abrupt, hopefully it will get side chaps, but this was an amazing read!
Manga 9/10 because i can't find it finished anywhere, novel 100/10. Read the novel, you will not regret it if you like BL isekai and yanderes!

Mc gets isekaid into a classic slasher horror game. In hopes of getting out of the game, he's trying to find all clues and unlock all endings and every time he dies, the game resets. On one of his rounds, he notices one of the npc(ml) acting odd. After this and that happens, ml ends up being able to remember the resets too and they start working together to clear the game.
Fun main couple, interesting plot, i enjoyed this one a lot so far, i totally recommend reading it!

Mc is a ordinary salaryman whose hobby is playing online games. One day he decides to try making a new chara who is rather than being a healer would be a knight. He makes him according to his preferences and as he's admiring him suddenly the character comes alive!
Quite interesting, but i'm not a fan of the characters much. I like the concept better, than the execution.

Bro designs a horror game with a tragic enemy chara. That chara comes into his world and kills him which results in him getting isekaied into the game world before the tragic stuff happens to ml. He has to protect him in this death game to change their fates.
Death game arc is INCREDIBLE, but then the next arc comes along and it just started to fall off for me:/

The story of this one is interesting even tho a bit generic. It's exactly like your usual isekai except now it's BL.
Mc accidentally falls into the summoning circle meant for the holy saintess when trying to save her from it. Instead of living a leisurely life of being supported by the government, he asks to work as an accountant like a true workaholic. One day he gets saved by the ml and from then on ml starts taking care of him.

DO NOT LET THE SLAVE THING TURN YOU AWAY, IT'S NOT ONE OF THOSE ABUSE UNTIL YOU LOVE ME TYPE STORIES! Though my personal enjoyment was fairly low, thus the rating, this one is a genuinely cute and wholesome story.

time travel, but it's complicated...
Recent development of the story(around ch 33-40) made me reduce my rating from 9 to a 7.5. Hopefully it will get better because i really liked this one and it's kinda going downhill(for me) :,D
