If anyone wondering where to buy, for international all over the world people: best place to buy is Taobao or Aliexpress. You will need to use proxy/forwarder service in your country. I personally have easy access to buy them so I don't need to use the services.
I meant you only need to use the services if you buy from Taobao. You might be able to buy directly from Taobao without using the services, I'm not really sure.
