Omegaverse featuring "beastmen", a subsect of humans with animal ears and tails, where Alpha and Omega rules apply. Main character is a doctor of beast medicine, who falls in love with a fellow beastman, who happens to be the director of the hospital. Though initially insecure about his identity as a beastman, having been raised by a human family, the main character learns to embrace his identity as a beastman AND omega through his relationship with his Alpha and through their eventual children.
