Just a heads up, this manhua stopped at a certain point, and my speculation say its on purpose. For the rest of the story, you'll have to read the novel start at chapter 22. Now, the important part, although this is marked as shounen-ai, as someone who finished reading the novel, I'd say it's not BL. Rather, its 2 guys who regard each other as very important in life and death. more explanation on my "text" link note below.

This is cosmic horror novel. I'm not familiar with this genre so i look it up. THIS novel is the definition of the genre. Most of the time, you will find comfort on the 2 protag interaction,to get a sense of...'reality' and 'human'.

There's a sequel and its available, but I personally don't like it as much as this one.
Also, this is based on a novel called イルゲネス - The Genetic Sodom ILEGENES. There's unfortunately no english translation, but if you're familiar with novel, they usually use proper wording. Thus is easy for translation machine (such as google translate) to decently translate. You can read it just fine with GT.

More BL disguise in josei publication. This one is pretty much BL. One of the main character with the 'antagonist'. Although I'm a bit disappointed its not with the other mc.
If you read this, you'll know why I said its a BL. The mention of the word monopolize,monogamy,not wanting to other have him,obsessive love. How can I call this bromance anymore
I think that the only character that I like in this is Ciel.

No worries, thanks you for asking.The reason why I put Banana Fish here is because in the japanese manga version, it is originally published in a shoujo type of magazine, which is Betsucomi (Shogakukan). Even though Banana Fish is obviously shounen-ai, I will be listing it here because of the japanese publishing magazine. I'm not too sure, but I think Betsucomi occasionally publish 1-2 shounen-ai manga too. So Banana Fish is probably one of the rare genre publish in that magazine. There's also few more shounen-ai genre manga I'm listing here that was published in shoujo/shounen/seinen/josei type of magazines.
