THIS adaptation in particular is pure gold.

it’s VERY unique story, the environment, the setup for their story is something i’ve never really seen before and i love it.

the way the story plays out is 10/10, it’s very well done and works together so well! AND is just so interesting! i seriously love their dynamic + characters too!!!

if you love ukes who have bite to them and a even “shitty” personality you’ll enjoy this one heavilyyy!!!

their relationship and love progression is just SO SO genuine and GOOD. both of them are just so likeable in their own ways, esp seme who you can’t help but completely love

the various “problems” that they have in this story aren’t at ALL frustrating to read, and are all understandable, and resolve so heartwarmingly and nicely.

uke is lowkey a tsundere but NOT in an annoying but very endearing (ESP when they get together) you completely understand way

their relationship/friendship is so deep and meaningful to each other. they’re so connected, wholesome, and they quite literally seem like they were meant for each other, like you’re happy they met despite the circumstances of one being dead lol

ive read this for a second time now, i have sobbed my eyes out the same amount as my first read despite knowing what’ll happen.

it’s such an interesting unique story. their love for one another is truly precious, it’s so strong, it really really tugs at your heart strings both good and bad.
