another story about a sister taking the other sister’s fiancé… and the ending she gets is SUCH a cop out. anyway the story itself is very bare bones and generic but enjoyable slop.

(spoilers) i had a similar rant awhile ago, but i hated how the story frames lorena as this ultimate evil being that the mc needs to overcome when lorena’s mother is the reason she’s like that. like our mc is shaking in her boots trembling at a brat who’s being abused by her mother… okay… oh and mc is in love with her brother?

this is genuinely so depressing, like they HATE mc for no reason and treat her like trash every single chapter like this is the abuse olympics. it doesn’t get better for her and i bet everyone is wondering the same thing, “when will she fucking run from these people.” YOU’LL wonder the same too cause mc can never catch a break
