The best thing I've ever read and I cry with every read. Has a happy ending and is insanely underrated.
Story follows the transition of a FTM teen and was pretty wholesome. Author has an incredible depiction of this sort of topic.

Does not have a happy ending and defiantly falls under the horror genre - but if you read it grasping the metaphors and understand that its not exactly reality, its a master piece. Very deep and I almost died crying.
SPOILER:
MC gets surgery to turn into a girl because he loves ml but the ml liked him as a guy anyways.
On his way to the surgery he gets hit by a truck and loses his memories but only remembers ml but its not the same.
